A little about me

Hi there! I'm Helen Roach

After having my first child at 41 my hormones were at an all time low... With no history of PMS or sleep disturbance, I began to suffer what I like to call 'meno rage' and debilitating insomnia. I researched diet & natural remedies for hormone balance, which helped reduce my symptoms a great deal, but I wanted more..! I decided to integrate my approach to perimenopause tackling current symptoms whilst  preventing longer term chronic disease. Together these pieces completed the jigsaw for a much needed improvement in my quality of life & perimenopause experience.

    I qualified as a Nutritionist in 2004 at Greenwich University. Since then I have worked with men and women, optimizing health through dietary interventions and natural remedies. The NHS, clinical practice & retail settings, training with numerous therapeutic supplement brands has shaped my expertise to date. Specializing in female health and menopause since 2020, I gained a Menopause Coaching & Mentor qualification.
